A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet

In the Tabak, or Torah, the old Testament of the bible, prophet Habakkuk says a prayer Upon Shigionoth. Who or what is Shigionoth? Upon research I found that it is a form of praise to Allah (swt) in Hebrew.
It is a style of Music, also mentioned in the Psalms or Zabur of Prophet Dawud [...]
