Sacramento is heating up, and summer is here. Good thing we have a pool this time. Alhumdulilah , ( All praise be upon Allah). With such a blessing bestowed upon me, I plan to invite others over as much as possible.

To be a Muslim woman in Sacramento, in the summer, is no easy thing.

Ramadhan is around the corner. The kids are reviewing a few things that they need extra help with, and I have a new hobby; Photography. But its so much more than a hobby. Its a great passion. But I am looking to combine my passion for education and reading with it.

I am also looking into making so money with it as well. Any suggestions?

Well before my web server broke, and I lost everything.

I guess Yemen is one of those things. There is still plenty for me to do , right here the US and so I will continue for volunteer efforts at home. My desire to travel will remain local, I suppose.

I think if I got out more to other states within the US, I may not be in such of a hurry to leave it.  Perhaps the life style, and the blessings that I am seeking can be found here in the US, some where. i hope  :)

So back to the drawing board. In the mean time, you know me, I have plenty of projects and ideas in mind to work on. I will continue my research on Yemen, and may even create a blog for all that I learn, inshallah.

So you will still find me here, local.
