AsSalaamu Alaikum,

Welcome to my home on the world wide web. My name is Aisha La’Don. I am an Independent Education Advisor for Qibla Academy, an Instructional Designer, Online Course Facilitator, and Photographer. ( Whewww, what woman these days does not wear many hats.) I have a passion for Education, Technology, Self Development, and Islamic Studies.

I am a homeschooling mom of three, and reside in California with my wonderful husband of 13yrs, and three children, ages 15, 10, and 9 years of age.

This is a personal blog of my everyday musings.

When I was little my dad would often say interesting things, but to himself. I would ask, ” Abu, who are you talking to?” “Oh, I’m just thinking out loud”, he would reply.( smile) This stuck with me.

I too think out loud, and quite often. I’m a philosopher at heart. So I thought why not blog it.

I am also an artist and we are sensitive about our work, so please handle with care. But do leave your honest comments, and concerns, blogger’s like that kind of thing. :)
