They say when you visit another country, you may experience a bit of culture shock; Ghana is no excpetion. Many of the things that may shock you during a visit to Africa or Ghana specifically are not negative, just simply different.

I was not prepared for some of the differences being in Ghana vs the US. I did not pack properly and I did not have enough cash on me. This video is intended to help those that are preparing for a trip to Ghana but have never been. For my next trip to Ghana, I will be ready and prepared! The plan is to one day live in Ghana, we have been scoping out some land, so I need to visit a few more times to adapt and adjust to these differences to truly have a successful transition.
